Almost October

It's almost October which means that its almost time for trout in many areas, including the Blue River.

The weather still feels like summer, although a mild summer, still summer.

I have been tying up a few flies, working on my cast, furling up leaders, getting my gear in shape.

So I thought I'd stir the pot, see what's up with Blue River fly anglers?

A New Blog

How come this new blog? Plenty going on already right?

Well, mainly I want to document the images of the Blue River. In my opinion that has always been a missing element at the Yahoo group.

I aim to fix that and ask that you each share any photos of the Blue, fishing-related or otherwise, so that they can be posted here. This will be a place to send folks who ask about the lovely river so that they can see for themselves.
